Welcome to Where in the World is Dr. O?—a journey across continents, cultures, and time. I’m Dr. Adekunle Omotayo, a retired physician, lifelong learner, and intentional traveler. This blog is more than a collection of travel stories—it is a living reflection of my philosophy, purpose, and legacy, guided by a personal manifesto and grounded in the values I hold most dear.

Recent Travels:
Cliffs of Moher, Ireland
Standing at the edge of the Cliffs of Moher, I felt both awe and insignificance. The Atlantic wind carried stories of ancient seas and steadfast stone, while the rugged beauty stretched endlessly into mist and sky. It’s a place that silences the soul and reminds you of nature’s quiet power.
Dubrovnik, Croatia
Encircled by stone walls and kissed by the Adriatic, Dubrovnik is a living postcard—its terracotta rooftops and marble streets echoing with history. Wandering through the Old Town felt like stepping back into a more elegant time, where every corner held a glimpse of the Mediterranean’s enduring charm.
Prague, Czech Republic
Prague is a city of spires and stories—where Gothic, Baroque, and Art Nouveau dance in harmony. As I crossed the Charles Bridge at dawn, cobblestones beneath my feet and golden light spilling over the Vltava, I understood why this city is called the Heart of Europe. It doesn’t just dazzle—it lingers.
